Since I started in 1991, I have exerted my activities in most of the positions related to an IT project, from developer, analyst, development team leader, software and technical architect, test manager, project manager, project coordinator, ... in both public and private sectors.

Now, I am helping companies with OO: team set-up, coaching, ... using UP, 2TUP, RUP and XP as well as with tests management (JUnit, JML, TestFirstCodeNext?, ...)

In may 2002, I discovered XP and finally found it was a solution to most of the projects in order to meet: * budget reduction * full scope * timing reduction * productivity increase * time-to-market gain * customer's satisfaction * team's motivation.

I am now canvassing companies and introduce them XP and its benefits.
