Started in the mid-80's as a Cobol developer for Fabelta Ninove N.V., Infosoft N.V and Sanpareil N.V.. Early 90's I got into Smalltalk and have been ever since.

Currently I'm a consultant/developer for Roots N.V..

After meeting Kent Beck and Alistair Cockburn I got very interested in XP. The Roots Smalltalk Team is currently trying to promote XP with our customers and other developers within our company.
