I'm a software engineer at "MediaGeniX NG". I've always been attracted by the difficulties of getting good business value for money spent on IT. Furthermore I like the people I work with to feel good about what they do and how they do it (and yes, this includes the customer). I value some of the xp techniques above the others and constantly try to coach our team in using them (unit testing, what to test, refactoring, constant builds, no speculation, communicate, communicate and then communicate !!).
