After quite some experience with XP techniques at MediaGeniX, I am currently focussing on planning aspects of XP.In 1999, Kent Beck gave us some good advise about development improvements. ("Doing the riddle" as Kent Beck called it at XPUniverse 2001). Since then I've been promoting agile techniques in almost all projects I am involved in.

Although I have a formal IT-background, I am never the developer in these projects. As product manager it is my task to deliver high-quality products that fit our customers expectations. The intense interaction between developer and customer (On-site and proxy customer) and the fast (short releases, continuous integration), high-quality (test first, pair programming) and flexible (refactoring) building process are my personal favourites.

I regularly attend the Belgian XP meetings and participate in some online agile user-groups.
