When I worked at MediaGeniX, I got introduced to an agile way of working. Since then, unit testing, test-first development and pair programming are the basis of my software development activities.

For the XP.be Pair Programming Parties, I have a long term goal in trying to get the same functionality as SubEthaEdit? [1] provides into any Eclipse editor. The current work is to get the Eclipse Instant Messenger Protocol in place, decoupled from it's user interface. After that, the idea is to make any Eclipse editor shareable amongst your chat buddies. I still have to split all the work in stories. This means that the first PPP will probably be a bit chaotic from my side.
