Each page (or "topic") must have a WikiName.

When you add a WikiName to a page, the system automatically creates a link to that topic.

If the topic does not exist, a ? will be added to the name. By clicking on the ? you can create a new topic page.

If you want to make a nonWikiname into a link, enclose the name with "percent" signs. Push "Edit this page" to see one.
