Bill Kimmel from Thoughtworks UK comes over from London to talk about AgileModeling for us.
What is modeling? What is agility? Why would you want to model, and why would you like to do that in an agile way? Doesn't agility mean that you don't model at all? All those XP people are yelling "No BDUF(*)!!!", isn't it? What does modeling mean in an agile environment? What is Agile Modeling? How can you work on large projects without modeling?
