"Using Kanban beyond software development". A set of lightning talks to see how teams have applied Kanban to activities other than software development.

Format of the presentations

There will be several 10-minute presentations without pc or powerpoint. Every participant can choose which topics to follow. Presenters will have some free slots so they can attend other presentations as well. Presenters are expected to prepare a poster (on paper). Ideas: photos, your actual Kanban board, schemas, post-its... make it alive and kicking!

After the topic sessions, a breakout session will be held with following agenda:
  1. Presentation of the Kanban Game, a fun and interactive way to teach the principles of Kanban
  2. Group discussion: Kanban, hype or here to stay?
  3. Evaluation: what did we learn today?
