What ?

Customer collaboration is an important aspect in any project. XP proposes to have "One Customer". How do you deal with a situation where the XP Customer is not a "real customer", but a proxy?

  • What is the mission of the Proxy Customer?
  • How does the proxy interact with the customers?
  • What are the challenges?
  • What is the ideal profile of a proxy customer?
Ardatis-Cegeka will present their approach and their challenges. After that, participants can discuss their experiences with and ideas for working with/as proxy customers. The goal is to find ways to improve collaboration with multiple customers, while maintaining the advantages of the "customer with a single voice" that XP promotes.
