Topic: Quality and Metrics

This topic came up during XpBeMeeting20022003, when we discussed whether refactoring does actually improve the quality and how we can possibly measure this. By the way, what exactly do we understand when we say "quality"?

You can't control what you can't measure. If we want to control our "quality", it will be interesting to exchange ideas and practices concerning quality metrics.

Preparation
