I work as an independant project Coach. I use XP + scrum in an agile way in my projects. I see it as a set of best practices that work best, when you use them together, without forcing my team to work like this.

I first read about XP somewhere in 2001/2002. I strongly believe in he human tough of XP. I am believer of System Thinking, gestalt based life and strong leadership (<>management) In 2007 I started a 4 year course to become a Gestalt Therapist. My main reason is to become a better coach.

I have created The leadership game[a pair-coaching experience] together with my father. This game was played at XPDay Benelux 2005 and XPDay France 2006, XPDay France 2007

We have created a succesor to this game; "Help, my team is in war". We will play this on XPDay.be 2006. On the 3 november did a try out of this game at xplore. We also played it at Xp France 2007.

We also created a new Communication game: to be play at XPDay.be 2007

In 2005 and 2006, 2007 I coached a distributed team, developing a .Net 2.0 MES project. Part of this team is situated in Yekatarinaburg(Russia). Next to daily standup meetings, I have a daily skype phone with the Russian Team.

I invented http://www.PairCoaching.net

PairCoaching?.net educates software development teams about pragmatic, people oriented best practices. We met in the agile community, when we delivered our workshops to an international audience.

Workshops In each one day workshop, we focus on one aspect of team work. Our participants go home with knowledge and experience they can use immediately into their day to day work. We deliver all workshops by a pair of coaches.
